About

I'm Jess. I help women come home to themselves.

I've spent twenty+ years in leadership, and I'm still in it...today, it just looks different. Building teams, driving growth, holding the room. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, life started life-ing in a way I couldn't outwork.

The constant pinging, someone needed me for something, and mid-life transitions cracked me open in a way that stopped me in my tracks. At that moment, I leaned into my training as a certified health coach and leaned into the quiet spaces. I found my way back into my body through daily walking, breath, meditation, journaling, and holistic practices. I sit in enough groups with enough leaders to understand that this work is rarely meant to be done alone — and that you don't have to leave your career (or hide in the woods) to come home to yourself.

I've been able to find my way back while living and life-ing. Now I hold that same space for women who feel the same quiet pull — the one that says there has to be more, and more has to feel right in my mind, body, and soul.

What I believe

Slowness is a strategy.

The most powerful women I know move at the pace of their own nervous system.

Sisterhood is medicine.

We're not meant to navigate life as a woman in leadership alone, even though it feels that way most of the time. The circle of sisterhood is the oldest classroom.

Wellness is embodied.

It lives in the body, and the body doesn't lie. Coming home can happen in walks, breath, rest, and the practices we return to daily.
