Embodied practices
Wellness lives in the body.
Insight is beautiful. But it doesn't change a life until it lands in the body and is captured in the mind. Life will always be life-ing — and the practices I return to are the same ones I now help other women build into their real, full days.

The practice that changed everything
Walking, daily.
I walk every single day. It's the practice that brought me back to my body, regulated my nervous system, and quietly rebuilt my capacity for everything else. If you take one thing from this page, take this: get outside, move your body, do it tomorrow too. (and then every day following...)
Personal walking plans & accountability
I'll help you build a walking practice that actually fits your life — not someone else's training plan. Cadence, route ideas, gentle accountability, and check-ins so it sticks past week one.
The science of movement + nature
- Nervous-system regulation. Rhythmic walking + outdoor light helps shift you out of fight-or-flight.
- Lower cortisol. Even 20 minutes in green space measurably drops the stress hormone.
- Mood + cognition. Sunlight supports serotonin and circadian rhythm; nature restores tired attention (it's literally called Attention Restoration Theory).
- Vitamin D & sleep. Morning light = better sleep that night. Full stop.
Certified Health Coach
Personal wellness plans & roadmaps.
As a certified health coach, I build holistic, individualized wellness roadmaps for women in leadership and mid-life transitions. We look at the whole picture — movement, breath, rest, nourishment, rhythm, the things that quietly run you down and the small shifts that change everything. No templates. No "shoulds." Just a plan that fits your life.
A note on yoga & meditation: I'm an enthusiast and practitioner-in-training (certification in progress), so I won't be teaching those yet — but they often live inside the plans we build together.
Let's see what's possible for you.
Schedule a discovery conversation. Let's talk about where you are, where you want to go, and whether we're a fit to walk it together.
